Awstyn is executive assistant in the Office of the Executive Vice Chancellor for Administration and Chief Administrative Officer at Washington University in St. Louis.
Before joining Washington University, she served as an executive assistant at Paramount Bank, the American Heart Association, and the American Association of Orthodontists. These roles sharpened her ability to manage complex projects, coordinate high-level operations, and foster strong relationships across diverse teams and leadership levels.
Her extensive background in C-suite administrative roles has honed her organizational and communication skills, which she now applies to all aspects of her professional life. She takes pride in cultivating long-term professional relationships and is driven by a deep commitment to excellence. As a lifelong learner, she actively invests in her growth through leadership development and continuous self-education.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Lindenwood University. Outside of work, she devotes her time to nurturing her greatest accomplishments—her two sons, Jordan Jr. and Aspen.
