Karen is the executive projects coordinator in the Office of the Executive Vice Chancellor for Administration and Chief Administrative Officer at WashU. In her role, she skillfully manages administrative and executive support functions, ensuring that operations run seamlessly and efficiently.

Karen brings extensive experience in managing high-level projects and providing comprehensive administrative support. She excels at coordinating complex calendars and overseeing key initiatives from concept to completion. With a keen eye for detail and proactive approach she ensures that projects are executed smoothly, deadlines are met, and objectives are achieved, consistently contributing to the success of executive teams.

Prior to joining WashU, Karen worked at the Learning Enterprise at Arizona State University as an executive support specialist and special projects assistant to the Executive Vice President. She also has a rich background in supporting C-suite executives in both the biotechnology and legal industries.
